Concept: Two convicts from an alien world stage a prison break -- snatching a perpetually transmitting radio communicator on their way out -- and seek refuge in an obscure habitable planet far beyond the legal reach of their captors. This is their transmission.

lyrics
Spitnautical + Inflorescent:
The way we move from what we parted with,
It’s out of our way, losing grip on our esophagus
Start up breathin, we completely restartin’,
‘Cause clearly their shit’s stallin, and we got off of it ( x2 )
Spitnautical:
Move beyond the border of the sky into the darkness; on board we breathe regardless
En route I can feel a gravity removing off us; any more would leave me nauseous
Inflorescent:
Stay loose as we move around the cabin of our starship, on a course to be free and lawless,
But a new thought is holding me back from staying calm,
‘Cause our target might be more like the previous than we thought…
The drives of this vessel have all kinds of knowledge of all things celestial, but it’s all far from flawless
Necessity brought us to sever lines of connection,
But now it’s time to make the best of this mess and garner a broader perspective,
Of where our straight shot is set to be met with
A more informed assessment might prep us better for what we’re stepping in
Spitnautical:
So pull up the screen and compare fragments of data ‘til we reach an awareness more complete
Inflorescent:
It’s gotta collection of continents, almost all of em got occupants,
But only a section of the populace is directing the rest from the top of it,
But these directors aren’t connected and will often wrestle for dominance over weapons and commerce,
All lookin’ to suggest that we’re correct would be repetition of all we left
Spitnautical:
I had guesses about weaponry but the scale and the methods are far from it,
And they might already be beyond it
It’s like our fate is always constructed living regardless,
Even in flight it’s a given? No matter where we turn it’s homogenous
Inflorescent:
Well fuck that, any bricks they build above, we’ll bust that,
Such that, the walls fall too hard to reconstruct back
In place, take the weight of the rubble and thrust that,
Down to the floor, and fucking crush, pack, pound it in more,
‘Cause we ain’t done yet, never gonna run again,
Not reverting or bluffing, inevitably flooding in,
We ain't tryna hear nothin’, No time to explain
It's three holes through the back of your brain, tip you backwards to drain…
Bridge; {Spitnautical} + (Inflorescent):
(Break, shake, and disgrace the essence at base, I demand a safe place,)
(And it’ll be met like tectonic plates rubbing together: one) {will} (go) ({under…})
{We made a break from external repression,}
{And with no chance of an exit force is the only method left to prevent it}
{All the evidence suggests you’ll step on our necks in a second,}
{so you should know you brought this shit on yourself don’t forget it}
Spitnautical + Inflorescent:
The way we movin' through this dark abyss,
It’s out of our way or losin' when we park the ship
Spark plugs needed, we completely restartin’
Cause clearly your shit’s stallin’, and we want all of it ( x 2 )
